How we handle the details you share with us. Last updated October 17, 2026.
When you use the contact form on this site we collect your name, phone number, and your message. An email address is optional. If you tick the box asking us to text you about specials, we also record that you agreed and when.
We use it to answer you, and to let you know about specials if you asked us to. That is all.
If you tick “Text me about specials at Licha's Kitchen”, we may send you marketing text messages at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies, around two to four a month. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (719) 347-5288.
Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for their marketing. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of ordering, buying anything, or hearing back from us.
Only Licha's Kitchen and the services we use to run this site and send messages on our behalf. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
As long as we need it to answer you or keep you on our specials list. If you reply STOP, we keep a record that you opted out, so that we do not text you again.
Email alexluna45@gmail.com or call (719) 347-5288. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
